Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to the USA and Canada. No international shipping is available at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method.
All orders ship with tracking via Canada Post. You’ll receive your tracking info as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Are your products authentic?
Yes! Everything sold on Pop Box Vault is 100% authentic, sourced from trusted distributors like Pop Mart and official partners.
Are the open box figures used?
Nope! All open box figures are new and only unboxed for display, verification, or collector sorting. They come in perfect condition unless otherwise noted.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items are limited and may not be restocked. Follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our updates for restock alerts and new drops.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, reach out to us ASAP via our contact page.
Can I combine orders to save on shipping?
If your orders haven’t shipped yet, message us ASAP and we’ll do our best to combine them and refund the extra shipping.
Do you offer refunds?
Please refer to our Refund Policy. All sales are final unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.
